I am feeling morbid and rather overwhelmed lately, thus I have decided to scrap my other story and merely do a group of five stories that play out my OC's last moments as humans. *is shot for being so depressing* Anywhoo, This idea has been slapping me across the face with a wet fish for the last few days and I can ignore it no longer. Plus, it’s becoming quite smelly XDD.
Story 1
(Note on this one. I purposely wrote it jerky and in simplicity, for this is how she sees things and thinks* Points to anyone who can guess which OC this is XDD)
Maria Walker
Micheal. C. Tanner Mental Rehabilitation Center
Squeak...Squeak...Squeak...
Heh...it made a funny noise....
Squeak...Squeak...Squeak....
No! Not a funny noise! It was out of place! Should not be here! Stop it! Stop it!
SQUUUEEAAKKK....
“Stop it!! Noise is not allowed here! Does not fit in!” Maria yelled as she bent over and tried plugging her ears against the noise. It was terrible! How dare he change the silence? She edged over to the man who had been spinning around and around in his metal office chair and yanked him off. “NO NOISE!” she hollered again, needing to display how she felt. Noise like that was evil! It would bring destruction....to have the silent order disturbed...just then; the people in white grabbed her from behind and dragged her back to her room. Traitors.
“You’re Crazy!” said the mean one with dark hair, who always liked calling her this. “You can’t just attack people like that!”
There was that word again....
Crazy...crazy...crazy...no-no-no-no-no-no...she wasn’t... she wasn’t. They just didn’t understand....they didn’t understand that she was special....and they had locked her up.
Evil...they were...Evil
Crazy
No
Not her
Hahaha...they would understand that they had been wrong soon enough....but she did not know how. She spat in the one with the dark hair’s eye. It was funny. He didn’t like it.
The people in white left her in her room. They locked the door. No escaping, they had said. No leaving. One had called her pretty once. She liked him sometimes. Except when he made her hurt. But he left. Moved? That was what they had said.
Her room was dark. It was nice. No light. But it sometimes had light and she did not like this. It was too different from before. Light was not dark, and she thought it should not disrupt the dark. It had never hurt anyone, but light killed it. So she put cardboard over her little window. No more light.
BANG!
BANG!
Noise again! And it was getting louder! No! This was all wrong! She hid under her bed to get away from the noise that was wrong. It was too loud to punish the noise right now.
.......silence......
BOOM!
What was this? Smoke?
Where had the wall gone?
Red....It glowed. Not dark, but not light. She decided it was pretty and she wanted to touch it. But it moved. Away.
The wall was gone...no wall...no capture! The red light had freed her!
She was still wearing a white dress...but now it was dirty from the smoke and bits of wall.
This was terrible....
......but she was free! She crawled over the side of the missing wall and out into the outside.
There were lots of red lights...attached to big....no REALLY big things on two legs. She liked them. They were cute.
Was this what wind felt like? What running was? Ah! How beautiful the world was. So much the same! No mixed colors like inside. Most was grey and brown, and all in nice piles.
She found herself crying in happiness, and raised her hands up to try and hug the sky... she had never seen before. It was also full of smoke. Pretty little patterns were in it.
She looked back to the building she had lived in. It was exploding. Ha. So they had paid. She knew they would.
She ran some more, but fell. Then something else exploded. It was too close. Too hot. She was scared...
Boom!
Darkness.
