- Gideon has a very unique appearance in comparison to most dolls. He is of average height, a little shorter, with dark brown burlap and some white polyester. The white is on part of his face, his hands near the wrists, and his legs near the feet. He is mostly aluminum-framed, though part of him is iron (the spine). The most odd thing is the wood panelling across his chest; it's hidden by a zipper in his fabric, but it loops around his torso completely. The wood strips here can spin over, and create a complete transmutation circle when they're all flipped. Gideon has two optics, but one of them is unusable; the other works, but seems to glow green at times.

- Personality: Gideon's personality is a mix of the two souls that make him up. He has Gerrhron's sense of justice and his reservations, and he has Gaeth's curiosity and playfulness. He is a fair mix between the two.
What comes out is a doll who's personality is more that of a 25-year old versus a newborn or a 60-year-old. This newfound youth has given him a new sense of courage - neither soul, despite how much they wanted to - had the bravery or strength to manage a rescue if someone was of need. Being combined, he gained this as well as a sense of confidence and almost arrogance.
He, unfortunately, retained much of Gerrhron's disabilities thanks to his knowledge of alchemy. He will still use his alchemy without worry of consequence to himself, though he loses little pieces of his senses with every use.
- (+) characteristics: friendly, polite, courageous
- (-) characteristics: arrogant, impatient
History (waking up): Gerrhron and Gaeth both had a few years on their own before they were combined; Gaeth lived as a friendly child who romped through the Emptiness and played almost constantly while Gerrhron wandered blindly, helping anyone who needed it with his alchemy skills.
Gaeth has had a problem with his soul almost since he was born into a doll body. The alchemy that secured him to the body was not strong, and it was flawed. He would be running one moment and fallen still the next because his soul was being urged away. It was clashing with his body.
Gerrhron, not long before now, had been coerced into joining the traitors as a resident alchemist. He would never hurt a soul, but would readily agree to help the BRAIN with soul transfers.
One day, Gerrhron was out and about, blindly walking through the Emptiness as he usually did; he'd just needed a break from the Factory. He literally tripped over a fainted Gaeth, and after a lot of apologies he realized what was wrong with the unconscious child. The alchemy that bound Gaeth confused him, and he couldn't use his own to reattach the child's soul, so instead he brought Gaeth into his own body.
He made a mistake, and instead of simply sharing the body, their souls merged together.
After this, the newly-"born" Gideon realized what had happened and both parts of his soul were happy about it - finally, Gaeth could physically help people who needed it and finally, Gerrhron could physically help the people who needed it. Gideon left the traitors without a word, heading straight for the Cathedral.
- History ("then"): Gaeth's soul was still in the womb when he was extracted and put into a body. Gerrhron, however, had lived a full life. He was a retired navy soldier, spending his "retirement" working as a contractor and woodworker.
