Number/Name: 543
Number Placement: Her upper back, hidden under her jacket (and hood when lowered)
Gender: Female.
Years since Creation: A bit less than two years.
Date of Creation: Early January.
Alignment: Lone; on the the good side.
Height: A little over seven inches.
Fabric: Burlap.
Metal: Aluminium with some copper, namely on the hands and feet.
Anomalies: Just the hair of her head, made from various thicknesses of yarn, all a dirty yellow colour except for the odd orange one, and these locks seem to be rooted under the protective leather cap sewn onto her head. She also has a black hood attached to her, stitched only with two stitches in a cross shape onto her chest, and could be easily cut free if necessary (if the hole for her head was big enough to pull it off, anyway.)
Accessories: Her hold-all jacket, which is dark red in colour with mostly red pockets on the front and back, held together by string crossing through each side of the coat. She also carries a staff, expanded on under “Weapon(s)”.
Abilities: Carryin' stuff! She seems to have endless space for anything she needs to store, there's always another pocket corner or piece of thread to hang that nick-nack from. She's also very good at and rather fond of climbing things, and prefers to view the ground from above rather than move across it at floor level. She also has some moderate healing skills but it isn’t one of her strengths, and she knows exactly where everything in her pockets is located despite them having no organisational system whatsoever.
Weapon(s): She isn't one to fight, but she will wield her stick as a weapon. Her stick/staff is a piece of metal with a gear attached to the tip, and a length of strong twine is looped around the gear and hangs from it in coils. The rope is tied to the gear, and the gear is detachable from the stick and often used as a grappling hook. The stick has a pointed end with two extra little prongs on the side, and is useful when she's climbing. She also has a small blade in one of her pockets which can be wielded as a weapon, and so could various other objects she carries around.
Appearance: Click for image! A skinny stitchpunk of average height, her chest compartment is held shut by three carefully placed hook-and-eye clasps, and an extra piece of material is present attached to the side with the hooks, underneath the clasps on the inside, omitting any gaps that might occur with the simple hook-and-loop clasps. Her hands are of a simple design, three fingers and a thumb, and made out of mostly copper, unlike the rest of her frame. Her feet consist of a rod of metal with a nut at either end, a block of metal for the rear (heel) section of the foot, and three claw-like toes, the middle being the strongest and more firmly attached to the heel, whereas the two outside claws are a little smaller, and slightly more open to movement. Her feet are also made out of copper but the nuts and rod that attach them to her frame are made of aluminium like the rest of her frame. Her hands and feet are also twined with strong string where they attach to the body. She has circular leather patches sewn onto her shoulders, and a similar one on her head, and from underneath the head patch sprouts her dirty yellow yarn hair (with the odd orangey strand) in a shoulder length ‘do. The hood around her neck is black and baggy, and usually worn when she feels weary, or threatened but not endangered. There are several tears in her burlap skin that have been stitched up, and even more in her coat, as it tends to take most of the damage.
Personality: She is a worrier; she can’t help but feel concerned about everyone and everything, and by collecting and carrying as many useful objects as she can, her worry decreases as she feels more prepared for anything she might encounter. But even if she worries excessively about others, she doesn’t always worry so much about herself, and would rather put herself in danger than someone else. This doesn’t mean that she throws herself into situations carelessly though; in an ideal setting, she’ll observe the problem and calculate her moves before she makes them, plotting the most efficient course of action, but in a world as corrupted as this, thinking time is a luxury. So she’s smartened up over time, and learned to think fast and on her feet to escape tricky situations.
543 feels defenceless when far from her coat or staff, even when in a safe setting, and so she only removes the coat when she is somewhere that she feels completely safe in, usually resting with it somewhere still within her grasp. When she is in this completely safe setting, she’s just a gentle soul looking for companionship; she doesn’t want to spend her life alone, but it would be a huge weight on her conscience if she were to intentionally bring someone into the line of fire with her. For this reason, she tends to travel alone, but maybe when she finds a safe place, or solitude and protection within someone else, she’ll learn to stop and just appreciate the beauty left in the broken world around her sometimes, and realise that whatever happens, life goes on.
She wants to learn, because knowledge is something she can carry without the use of her coat.
Other Information: I affectionately nicknamed her "Pockets" before she had a number, and I imagine it to be something an unknown person might call to get her attention, because it's an obvious feature. Like yelling Cyclops might get 5's attention, or something to do with being old might distract 1 or 2.
I would proof read it again but I have to go do stuff, I hope this is alright! D:
