((OOC: Umm, yeah, so Seraph. Here he is. Does Lenore need her own profile? I was planning on giving her her own profile once she wakes up, but does she need one anyway, even though she's vegetative at present?))
Seraph, The Enamored: To Covet Us
Number/Name: Seraph
Number Placement: None
Gender: Male
Years since Creation: 2
Date of Creation: Unknown
Alignment: Loner
Height: 7 inches
Fabric: Black and White silk
Metal: Aluminum
Anomalies: White hair, originally belonging to a child’s toy. Seraph is rather proud of it.
Personal beauty amendments aside, Seraph has maintained some of his seamstress traits; there are small seams in the undersides of his forearms, almost invisible little slits, and from them can emerge a myriad of small blades. Each is sharpened and designed in such a way as to cut even dense, durable fabric easily. He only has three per arm. Each is on its own little ‘arm’, and is flexible and agile, but if the little ‘arm’ sporting the blade is seized, it can be easily bent and broken, and the results would be excruciatingly painful.
Accessories: He has a long, high-collared black coat that he sewed himself out of a bridal suit he was lucky enough to come across. The coat actually serves to hide the telltale T-shaped scar sported by all seamstress lures.
Abilities: He can sew. Clothing, wounds, embroidery, you name it. He’s a skilled craftsman and takes pride in his work, as well as his ability to work quickly. He’s also a pretty good fighter, given that he’s really motivated (by Lenore). The sharp things help.
Seraph is quite a sweet-talker when he wants, especially with the ladies. Of course, he already has his heart quite contentedly taken, so much so that it could be considered he has some strange form of romantic tunnel vision. He also seems to be immune to seduction because how could he dare betray his PERSON OF DESTINY?
He can speak and understand machine language but tends to ignore stubbornly ignore any comments made in machine unless it’s relevant to him or gets under his skin. He considers it a disgusting language, despite his bad habit of switching into it when sufficiently provoked.
Weapon(s): He uses the hidden blades in his arms, because he can hide them in his sleeves and disguise the fact that they’re attached to him that way. He’s hindered in the sense that he’s always carrying Lenore and therefore can only use one hand at a time.
Appearance: Seraph is tall, slender, and well-constructed, as his current body came to being under the hands of his old body, which was essentially built for the purpose of stitching things together, though probably not in the instance in which they were used.
He looks more than a little weird carrying Lenore around, but after it’s apparent she’s not just a pretty corpse, it gets a little less creepy. Even so she does make him just look a little mental, given his habits of crooning affections over her.
Personality: Seraph’s is an interesting psyche. He has purposefully refined and educated himself until he has become what one would consider a gentleman; manners, charm, charisma, all these things he taught himself, swearing that he would never again let his ways be ruled by primal instinct. In short, he’s a very charming individual through enough concentrated training so that it comes across as natural. Despite this carefully forged personality, he can be a bit difficult to interact with because, as far as priorities go, he has a fairly one-track mind; that is, to his dearly beloved, whom is with him almost constantly and seems to be perpetually in his thoughts. Lenore could be considered a fairly big Achilles’ heel for him, because he used to be fairly levelheaded and calculating; he still is, but endangering Lenore can take that away in an instant and leave him with a wild fury that reveals, body or not, he still is a machine that was, for lack of a better word, ‘born’ to dismantle stitchpunks.
Other Information: Seraph was, incidentally, originally a seamstress. However, through some way, he seems to have gained his own soul, and he encountered a stitchpunk whose design had clearly been spared some thought; in short, he fell in love with a girl who has yet to awaken or make a single individual action. Hopelessly enamored, Seraph took it upon himself to ‘purge’ his body of anything he saw as a flaw; the large, serpentine shape and form designed for capture and dismantling had to go, in his mind.
He used the lure from his tail to design himself what he believed to be the perfect visage, having the fortune to come across a few, scattered books of alchemy in his quest for beauty. This, and the remains of a laboratory, served as a gateway for him, and, much in the way of scientists who had used the lab long before him, Seraph managed to transfer his ‘soul’, or what of it he had, into the stitchpunk form.
His seamstress body was ruined by the process; there was no way for him to return to it, and the device he had used was so weakened by decay and time that it crumbled shortly after his little transfer. He didn’t care, and with carelessness left his old body to rot where it was.
For a time, there was quite a bit of difficulty, figuring out how to walk, how to navigate, and how to defend his sleeping beloved from the once-brothers he now considers enemies. In fact, anyone who threatens or raises a hand to his beloved is an enemy in Seraph’s book.
The individual in question is a doll who would be six inches tall if she ever stood up on her own two feet. She’s made entirely of white silk, with what is presumed to be her maker’s hair attached to her head. She wears a dress Seraph made for her, and does not respond to anything that happens around her, save for gentle ‘breathing’ that indicates that she is indeed alive, along with the occasional flicker of her optic lids and change of expression. She seems to smile more when Seraph is around her, which has driven him to believe that she’s to some extent aware of what’s going on around her, which is why he talks to her almost constantly in low, soothing murmurs. Lenore also tends to smile around music, which is why Seraph will at least be willing to deal with somebody who can play. He has a great respect for musicians because they are capable of making Lenore smile and anything that can do that can’t be evil in his book.
His soul, or what of it he has, seems to be extremely well-read, as he has a habit of quoting text, though as of yet he hasn't been caught reading something.
He prefers not to enlighten others on his origins and if asked will present an emotional soliloquy about how the only reason he was created HAS to be for his beloved, while skillfully dodging the question altogether. In fact, most people who hear his long-winded explanation once mentally take note not to pry into the matter for fear of being subjected to it again.
Most Traitors consider him nuts.

My own enamored heart,
Will be hidden so I may properly approach,
Though this feeling is so perfectly
Electrifying.
